Thomas J. Beane CMC
President
Thomas J. Beane have over 20 years of broad-based business experience, including over a decade
of turnaround and crisis management consulting. He is experienced in both financial and operating
issues and is extremely skilled at identifying and implementing practical solutions in time and
critical situations.
His assignments with Beane Associates, Inc. include:
- CRO in the restructuring of a $15 million turbine blade manufacture including the
development of the turnaround plan, restructuring operations and the balance sheet, and
managing all negotiations with creditors, both secured and unsecured.
- Representing the debtor as crisis manager in the restructuring of a $60 million health care
provider including negotiation of forbearance agreements with the senior lender, restructuring
operations, and preparation of financial analysis and pro-forma financial statements, which
resulted in the sale of the company to a competitor at a significant premium for the shareholders.
- Representing the secured creditor in the orderly wind-down of a multi-state $400 million textile
manufacturer resulting in a 100% recovery for the senior lender.

Before joining Beane Associates, Inc. Tom worked for NCR and AT&T in a variety of management positions.
As manager of a $23 million business unit of AT&T, Tom was responsible for the turnaround of a marginally profitable
business unit into one of the highest profit attaining business units in the company. His responsibilities included
profit and loss, departmental budgets, strategic planning, employee development and contract negotiations.
Elected in 1997 as a Certified Management Consultant by the
Institute of Management Consultants USA, Tom meets the Institute's
standard for technical competence, professional experience
and ethical conduct.
Tom earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware
and his M.B.A. from Rollins College. He is a member of the
Turnaround Management Association, the American Bankruptcy
Institute, and the Associate of Insolvency and Restructuring
Advisors.
