Christopher H. Todd has 20 years of accounting and crisis
management consulting experience. He specializes in financial
and organizational restructurings with economically distressed
entities. He has experience in diverse industries including
construction, manufacturing, technology not-for-profits and
retail.
His assignments with Beane Associates, Inc. include:
- Acting as Interim CFO for a $70 million textile manufacturer
he quickly restructured the balance sheet and operations.
The company turned cash positive within 30 days from the
start of the assignment.
- Representing the secured creditor in the orderly wind-down
of a $12 million children's clothing manufacturer and retail
chain.
- Acting as advisor to the secured creditor in the collateral
assessment of a $90 million importer of children's furniture.

Prior to joining Beane Associates, Inc., Chris was Vice President
of Finance for an international software developer. Though
its products were critically acclaimed, revenues were stagnant
and profits minimal. Recognizing the need to align company
direction with its product and target markets, Chris was largely
responsible for these organizational shifts. He then was instrumental
in developing the pricing model and reseller program, and
produced much of the media and collateral required to support
the renewed sales effort. Finally, Chris was responsible for
securing both equity funding as well as a multi-million dollar
debt facility for the company.
As an audit manager at a public accounting firm, Chris gained
extensive knowledge and expertise by conducting audits and
managing client relations for the construction, manufacturing,
software and service industries. Chris has extensive knowledge
of corporate, partnership, individual, trust and pension tax
filings. He has focused on consolidations, controlled groups,
M&A, S Corporations, CFC's and multi-jurisdictional taxation.
Chris earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of
Delaware. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified
Fraud Examiner.
Chris is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
