Charles A. Beane
Chief Executive Officer
Charles A. Beane has over 50 years of business experience and has specialized in turnaround
and crisis management since 1984. He is a proven turnaround consultant who places special
emphasis on development and implementation of business plans, profit improvement, financial
analysis, and attainable cost reductions.
Chuck has successfully led turnarounds in most industries and the companies he has consulted
with have ranged in size from $5 million to more than $500 million in revenues.
His assignments with Beane Associates, Inc. include:
- CRO in the restructuring of an $80 million poultry processing plant including the development
and implementation of a business plan and negotiations with the secured creditors and vendors.
- Representing the secured creditor in the restructuring of a $500 million weight loss franchise system
including the negotiation and sale of the company.
- Appointed as state court receiver in the liquidation of a $30 million mobile home dealership.

Chuck has worked with many family-owned
businesses. He stresses the need to create a smooth transition
from generation to generation thereby ensuring long-term viability.
Chuck has worked extensively in areas of financial reporting
and profit planning and has advised many companies, secured
creditors, creditor communities, and equity holders in all
stages of financial restructuring's.
Prior to Beane Associate, Inc., Chuck rose through the ranks
to COO of an international safety equipment distributor. He
was responsible for profit and loss, pricing and all operations.
He managed the acquisition and seamless integration of a non-U.S.
Corporation that ultimately became one of the parent company's
most profitable divisions.
Chuck earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant College and continued his
education with executive management courses at Ohio State University. He has served on the
boards of numerous private companies.
